Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return your Atelier Bamboo purchase, please send us an e-mail requesting the refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition, including tags, labels and with its Atelier Bamboo Dust Bag (in case of a Tote Bag or a Strap). You will also need a proof of purchase or your invoice.

Atelier Bamboo reserves the right not to refund an item if it was used, soiled, stained or damaged in any way or has any perfume or odour on the fabric and will be returned to the customer on his expenses.

To start a return, you must contact us at Items returned without prior written notice (e-mail) will not be accepted.

Together with your invoice we will send you a return label that you will need to add to the packaging that will be, then, picked up by our DHL Express team. Please ensure that you return it in the original package or same size.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is accepted. If so, Atelier Bamboo reserves the right to process the payment within one week to be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For international returns (outside UAE), the refund costs – including shipping and import taxes will be deducted from the paid amount. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide the relevant pictures. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
