Shipping & Delivery
Atelier Bamboo ships worldwide, excluding to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. 

We use DHL for all our international deliveries and Fetchr for UAE and GCC countries. 

You will be notified via e-mail with the tracking number once your product(s) have been shipped 

Due to COVID-19, we may experience increased delivery times when shipping to customers outside of the UAE. Please bear with us and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Import Custom Duties & Taxes 
All Atelier Bamboo creations are shipped from the UAE, therefore all prices exclude custom duties and taxes.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes by the destination country customs department. These and all the related charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict what these charges may be.
